  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp Anima Mundi Herbals "the mind" use any adaptogen you love!
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder optional
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil or ghee
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 tsp monkfruit or stevia


  • In a cup add the hot water, then the matcha, maca and adaptogens and mix everything well. Heat the milk in milk frother or you can use a small pot, add the coconut oil and sweetener of choice. Transfer the hot milk to the cup and add cinnamon to taste if you want. Enjoy!
